Shipping Policy

Vyzzor is committed to delivering your signage products safely, quickly, and affordably. We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states from our headquarters in Fort Worth, Texas, using trusted national carriers.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use major carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on the product type, delivery address, and delivery speed selected.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available for select products)

Production time is separate from shipping time. Please refer to individual product pages for estimated production times.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and chosen delivery speed. Vyzzor may offer free shipping promotions periodically.

Production & Delivery Times

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Production begins after your order is paid in full and, if applicable, your artwork proof is approved.

Estimated timelines:

  • Orders placed before 6:00 PM CST will begin production the next business day.

  • Production timelines vary by product but are typically 2–5 business days.

  • Shipping timelines are in addition to production timelines.

Note: We do not ship on weekends or U.S. national holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also log in to your account at vyzzor.com to track your order at any time.

Delivery Delays

Vyzzor is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your order is delayed, please contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 5 business days of delivery. Keep the packaging and provide photos so we can process a claim and reprint your items at no additional cost.
