At Vyzzor, we stand behind the quality of our printed and custom signage products. While we strive for perfection in every order, we understand that issues can sometimes arise. Our goal is to make sure your experience with us is easy, transparent, and fair—guided by both our customer-first approach and consumer protection laws in Texas and across the U.S.
1. Report an Issue
If there is a problem with your order, please notify us within 30 business days of delivery. You can do so by:

You’ll find your order number in your confirmation email or by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
2. Resolution Process
If It’s Our Mistake:
If the error was on our end (misprint, wrong size, wrong product, or shipping damage), we’ll reprint your order and ship it at no cost within our standard production timeline.
If the Mistake Was on Your End:
If the issue was due to incorrect files, typos, or other customer-provided errors, you may return the product (shipping at your cost). Once received and reviewed, we will refund 50% of the subtotal of the affected items.
Please include the original packing slip and ship the return within 30 days of your initial contact.

Shipping Damage
All our shipments are insured. If your order arrives damaged:Take photos of the packaging and productContact us immediatelyWe’ll work with the carrier and reprint your order right away at no cost to you.
Return Exclusions
Custom printed products can only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error on our part.
Items damaged during installation, modified after delivery, or used will not be eligible for return.
Design services, proofs, and setup fees are non-refundable.
Postage for direct mail services is non-refundable once applied, regardless of mailing status.
Custom vs. Stock Items
Custom vs. Stock Items
Custom Items: Printed or customized items can only be returned for defects or errors caused by Vyzzor.
Stock Items: Must be returned unused, with all original parts/accessories. Refunds will be issued after inspection.
Print Turnaround Time
Production time starts only after:
Full payment is received
Final proof is approved (unless waived)
Print-ready files are submitted
Orders approved before 6:00 PM CST will enter production the next business day. Production times exclude weekends and holidays. Shipping times depend on your selected method.
Refund Policy Limits
Refunds and reprints for defective orders will not exceed the amount paid or $1,000—whichever is lower. In most cases, photos of defects will be required. We may request that defective products be returned before issuing a refund.
